Cancellation Policy
Jessica Pinal requires a credit card on file as well as a nonrefundable deposit in order to reserve an appointment.
your appointments are very important to me and i understand that things may come up that are out of our control and that schedules can change therefore i ask for at least a 24hr notice to cancel to avoid any penalty's
If there is not a 24hr notice given then the card on file ( WHICH IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING) will be charged 50% of the service that was missed
if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment without any notice given you are marked as a no show and will be charged 50% of the service
